You'll be guided through providing necessary information, and our specialists will use this to create orthotics tailored to your needs. We'll use this information to contact you and go over your specific needs as outlined on your intake evaluation form. Then, we will send you a casting kit with all the instructions on how to take an impression of your feet and send it back to us. We'll use the intake form, our personalized evaluation consultation, and your casting kit to make your tailor made orthotics.

In the intake form, we'll need details about your foot measurements, any existing foot conditions, your lifestyle, and any specific concerns you may have. This information helps us create orthotics that suit your unique requirements.

If you order from us at our office or from a home or health show, we can make your custom fit orthotics within an hour. If ordering online or over the phone, the customization process typically takes 2 weeks from the time we receive all necessary information. Once completed, your custom orthotics will be shipped to your address.
